1. Our Principles
During the development of the Packbag app, we prioritize data protection. Our goal is to ensure you can use the app securely without unnecessary data collection.
Important: The app does not send personal data to the Service Provider and does not store data in the cloud.

2. What Data Do We Process?
2.1. During App Usage
Any data you enter (such as lists, notes, packing checklists) are stored solely on your device.
This data is never transmitted to the Service Provider or uploaded to external servers.

2.2. Automatic Data Collection
Packbag does not include built-in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics), so we do not collect usage statistics.
We do not track your location or use GPS tracking.
No cookies are collected in the app.

2.3. Website Usage
The Packbag website is for informational purposes only.
If you contact us (e.g., via email), your provided data will be used solely for handling your request.

3. How and Where Data is Stored
Your data remains only on your device’s local storage (e.g., iPhone or iPad internal memory).
The Service Provider has no access to this data.
To avoid data loss, we recommend using device-level backups (e.g., iTunes or iCloud backup) if you enable them.

4. Data Sharing With Third Parties
Since the Service Provider does not collect any data, there is no data to share with third parties.
The app does not integrate advertising or tracking systems.
If you choose to share data yourself (e.g., exporting via email), that is your responsibility.

5. Your Rights as a User
Under applicable data protection laws (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), you have the following rights:

Access: You can view what data is stored on your device through the app.

Correction: You can modify your data anytime within the app.

Deletion: You can delete your data at any time, and uninstalling the app removes all data from your device permanently.

Data Portability: Since data does not leave your device, you can export it yourself using the app’s export features.

6. Data Security
The app operates only on your device, with security partly ensured by the device’s operating system (iOS/iPadOS).
We recommend using a strong screen lock and password on your device.
If you enable Apple’s encryption and iCloud backup features, your data’s security is further enhanced.
